What the site does
Next 4 Weeks shows 240 holiday houses in 54 towns and villages across Somerset and north Devon against the same four weeks, so you can see at a glance which days a stay can start and what it costs in full. 199 of the houses welcome dogs. For dates further ahead, every house page has its own calendar.
Where the dates and prices come from
Each house’s calendar and prices come from its booking diary, checked through the day. Every price is the all-in total for the stated stay, with cleaning and service charges included. If an owner takes a refundable security deposit, we show it with the stay. Optional extras, such as dogs or Cancellation Cover, are added only if you choose them.
Reviews
Reviews on a house page were left by guests who stayed there. We show the reviewer’s first name only, and 238 of the houses have published reviews. The score is the average of the published reviews for that house.
