Next4weeks House Rule.

Only advertisers who remove sold listings are allowed to continue posting vacancies.
To this effect, advertisers availability listings are occasionaly checked for coresponding availabilty, this quickly identifies who the good guys are and who is attempting to use the site just to increase web traffic or who cannot be bothered to login to Delete or Edit a filled entry.

Action:
First we give a gentle reminder, then a stronger warning, if repeated misuse happens, access may be suspended for period, constant misuse and login access will be denied.
Refunds of any paid in advance credits will be given less a £25.00 handling fee.
During the last few years this harsh but essential action has been applied to 4 former users.

Next4weeks reserves the right to suspend a matched entry when on checking your availability chart we find it implies the date has been booked, we notify you of our action and reactivate at once or refund a credit if incorrect.

Failure to remove posted vacancies as soon as accept a booking, works totally against the ethos of next4weeks and will harm all advertisers. If you are not prepared to keep your posted information accurate and up-to-date, next4weeks is not for you. Using next4weeks to fill neighbors, friends or relations holiday properties is also considered abuse.

During the last 10 years, Next4weeks has built up a well-established reputation for accurate late availability. Due to increased usage, next4weeks is now data base driven and updated by you the advertiser, but we have no intention in losing years of hard earned customer trust.

Multiple vacant cottages and rooms at one location same time? Condense your room or cottage vacancies into the simplest form. Example: If you have a holiday complex with several vacant cottages over the same period, each with different sleeping capacity, show the min £ for the smallest unit to max price for the largest unit. Re: single cottages, if you accept a lower price for less people, show the minimum price you will accept for 2 people on a 3 day short break, to the maximum price you charge for a whole weeks booking when full during the vacant week. The same applies to serviced ensuite rooms, show the lowest priced room to the luxury suite price covering the same vacant dates.
